Delete your Zelvia account
You can request deletion from the app or start a verified request outside the app.
In the Zelvia app
Open Settings → Your data → Delete account. Confirm your identity and review any legally retained records before submitting.

Email us from a contact linked to your account. Include your phone number in international format and, if available, your Zelvia public account ID. We verify ownership before any deletion action.
Request account deletionWhat happens to your data
Your profile, care records, uploaded media and other deletable personal data are removed or irreversibly anonymized after verification.
Payment, fiscal, fraud-prevention or clinical records may be retained only when law or an active dispute requires it. Retained data is restricted and explained during the request.
We acknowledge the request and complete it within the applicable legal deadline. You can cancel while the deletion request is still in its reversible waiting period.
