Status: Product-ready draft; final publication and jurisdiction schedules require qualified legal approval.

1. Service

Zelvia provides skin-health tracking, informational AI tools, a marketplace for independent clinics, doctors and sellers, online consultation infrastructure, booking, commerce and clinic CRM software.

2. No emergency or guaranteed diagnosis

Zelvia does not provide emergency services. AI output is informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment decisions belong to licensed professionals acting under local law.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and verify a phone number where required. Provider, clinic and seller access requires identity, license, business and document verification. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, unsafe activity or legal non-compliance.

4. Independent providers and sellers

Clinics, doctors and sellers are independent parties responsible for licenses, clinical judgment, product claims, availability, taxes, receipts, fulfillment and local compliance. Zelvia may moderate listings but does not guarantee clinical outcomes or product suitability.

5. Payments

Digital Zelvia Pro features and marketplace payments are separate billing products. Marketplace payment providers, fees, commissions, fiscalization, refunds and payout timing depend on country and the selected service. The checkout must disclose the total, currency, provider, cancellation terms and commission treatment before confirmation.

6. Consultations

Text consultations open a case under the stated response target. Audio and video consultations require an appointment unless an urgent queue is explicitly offered. Users may provide relevant files. Recording is disabled by default and requires a separate lawful workflow and consent.

7. Medical and product content

Users must not use the platform to obtain illegal prescriptions, counterfeit products or emergency care. Providers must not publish misleading claims. Seller and provider content may be rejected or removed.

8. Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy explains collection and user rights. Clinics using Zelvia CRM must enter into the applicable Data Processing Addendum. A Business Associate Agreement is required only when the parties’ documented United States role assessment determines that Zelvia is a HIPAA business associate.

9. Account deletion and retention

Users may initiate deletion in the app. Zelvia deletes or anonymizes data not legally required, while retaining fiscal, payment, fraud, consent and clinical records for mandatory periods. Open orders or regulated provider ownership may require a verified support process.

10. Acceptable use

Users may not attack the service, bypass authorization, scrape private data, upload malware, impersonate another person, submit unlawful medical or commercial content, or misuse another patient’s records.

11. Changes and termination

Material changes create a new version and renewed acceptance where required. Users may stop using the service and request deletion. Zelvia may terminate access for material breach while preserving required records.

12. Jurisdiction schedules

Country-specific consumer, medical, privacy, payment, tax and dispute terms must be approved and published before commercial launch in that country. The global text does not override mandatory local rights.
